What do I do to get my things to EASYGOBACK.COM?
We go to the client's home or to the holiday residence. We collect and return door to door.
How long does the contract last?
The duration is decided by the client in anticipation of his return to Gran Canaria for his next vacation.
What do I do if I want to leave the storage room or mini-warehouse?
Request by email 15 days before your wish to finish in advance and your packages will be sent to you. Possible differences in the contracts will be reimbursed.
What documentation do I need to hire?
Fill in the customer file and agree on the day-hours of collection.
My things are very important to me, are they insured?
The price includes a loss or breakage insurance of € 250 per package.
What do I have to pay to rent the left luggage service?
You can check the cost according to size and time in the price table.
Can I change the size of my package?
You can change the size of the bundle whenever you want. Communicate it by email.
What is the difference between EASYGOBACK.COM and a traditional furniture storage?
We are dedicated to an almost exclusive service to repeat tourists to the island of Gran Canaria. And our value proposition is door-to-door service.
Can someone other than me access my warehouse?
NO one can access if they do not belong to the EASYGOBACK.COM team.
I need packing material to store my goods, can you provide it to me?
Normally our clients use their suitcases for storage. But we can provide packing material too.
If for some reason I cannot return on the established dates?
You can extend the contract and pay by bank transfer or pay the difference on your return to Gran Canaria. Consult by email.
If for some reason I cannot return?
1º It can be sent by courier to your home address, upon payment of the shipping cost.
2nd It can be given to a local charity.
3rd It is delivered in a recycling area (Clean Point).
